In the 2009 v1 (I think) versions of AutoBid®, a change was made to the ability to “find” counted items with your mouse. You now have to enable the items to find items that have a count of greater than 0. The option is in the Graphical TakeOff View (although I believe that that toggle applies to both GTO & OSV). It’s in the Graphical --> Graphic Screen Customizations Area.
Make sure that the “When finding item with the mouse: Find items with count >1 (slower)” is toggled on.
That should do the trick.
